Return Policy

At The Forged, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of books, shirts, and resources. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to help. Below is our standard return policy:1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (e.g., dust jackets for books or tags for shirts).

  • Eligible Items: Books, shirts, and resources purchased directly from The Forged’s online store are eligible for return. Digital products, personalized items, or final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
     

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@theforged.com or through our website’s contact form to request a return. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  • Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  • Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
     

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.
     

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for shirts (e.g., for a different size or color) or books (e.g., for a different title), subject to availability. Follow the same return process, and specify that you’re requesting an exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
     

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads or e-books.

  • Personalized or custom-ordered items.

  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
